This General Terms of Use Agreement (the "General Terms") is between you and CB.AI, a corporation, its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) ("CreditBooster.ai," "we" or "us").

BY USING THE SITES, ENGAGING THE SERVICES, AND/OR REQUESTING THAT CREDITBOOSTER.AI CONTACT YOU ABOUT THE SERVICES, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE GENERAL TERMS.

BY USING THE SITES, ENGAGING THE SERVICES, AND/OR REQUESTING THAT CREDITBOOSTER.AI CONTACT YOU ABOUT THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE ALL CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND CREDITBOOSTER.AI ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PART OF ANY CLASS.

1. About the General Terms

The Sites are services made available by CreditBooster.ai. If you do not agree to the General Terms, you may not use the Sites. We may modify the General Terms at any time.

2. About the Sites

The Sites give users information about the Services, general educational and informational resources about credit, and the ability to sign up for and engage the Services.

3. Signing Up for the Services

You are not required to sign up for the Services in order to visit and read material on CreditBooster.ai's public website; however, you will need to sign up by creating a registered account if you want CreditBooster.ai to assist you in your efforts to track, manage, and improve your credit reports and rating.

4. Customer Accounts

Should you choose to sign up for the Services, you will enter into a separate written agreement with CreditBooster.ai. Each Customer Account will be subject to the following:

• The terms or instructions appearing on a screen when using the service;
• CreditBooster.ai's policies and procedures applicable to the Customer Account and the online service;
• Applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

5. Access to Customer Accounts

You authorize CreditBooster.ai to provide access to your Customer Account(s) through its online services. You may access your Customer Account(s) online via the Sites to obtain information relating to your use of the Services.

6. Fees

Provisions relating to charges for the Services, if any, are specified in the Service Agreement accepted by you as a condition to obtaining such services.

7. Ownership

The Sites contain information, content, advertisements, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images, sound and video recordings, animation and other materials and effects (collectively, the "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, patents or other intellectual or proprietary rights.

8. Use of Sites and Materials

CreditBooster.ai provides the Sites and the Materials for your individual, non-commercial use. You may not, either directly or indirectly:

• Modify, republish, redistribute, delete, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, cache by proxy the Sites or Materials without express written permission;
• Use the Materials for telemarketing, direct marketing, and commercial mass e-mail;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, merge, copy, use, disclose, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense or transfer the underlying source code;
• Use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine Sites architecture;
• Reformat or frame any portion of the Sites or Materials;
• Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Sites;
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems;
• Violate the General Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

9. License

By using the Sites, uploading content to or submitting any materials for use on the Sites, you grant CreditBooster.ai a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials.

10. Automated Activity

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Sites for any purpose without our express written permission.

11. Linking

You may provide links only to CreditBooster.ai's public website homepage, provided you do not remove or obscure any portion of the homepage.

12. Representations

You represent and warrant to us that (a) you are legally capable to enter into contracts, (b) you are providing us at all times true, accurate and up to date information about yourself.

13. Disclaimer

CreditBooster.ai makes every effort to ensure the information presented in, on or through its Sites is accurate; however, CreditBooster.ai makes no guarantee as to such information.

14. Warranty, Liability, Indemnification

THE SITES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED BY CREDITBOOSTER.AI ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreditBooster.ai from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees.

16. Privacy

We may, subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy for marketing and other purposes, collect, process and transmit certain data obtained from and about you.

17. Electronic Notices and Transactions

You agree to transact with us electronically. This means you agree to accept any terms and conditions and to transact any business with us by electronic means.

18. SMS Communications Policy

CreditBooster.ai uses SMS messaging solely for: Transactional Alerts, Educational Content, and CreditBooster.ai Product Notifications.

19. Access

You are responsible for obtaining at your own expense all equipment and services needed to access and use the Sites.

20. Territorial Restrictions

We control and operate our services from the United States and we make no representations or warranties that the information is appropriate for access or use in other jurisdictions.

21. Not a Legal or Professional Advisor

CreditBooster.ai is not a financial or legal advisor as defined under federal or state law.

22. Links to or Connections with Third Party Sites or Applications

Our services or communications to you may contain third party content or links to third party sites, applications or services.

23. Confidentiality of Information

ALL ARTICLES AND MATERIAL DISPLAYED BY US ON THE SITES ARE FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND ARE NO SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE.

24. Partner Data Sharing for Personalized Financial Recommendations

CreditBooster.ai partners with financial institutions and lenders to provide you with personalized credit card and loan recommendations within our mobile application.
